My story

conchiglia spirale white_edited.png

For as long as I can remember, I've been trying to figure out what it means to be human. What drives us? What is our purpose? Why do we do what we do? Why do we live the way we live? Could we live differently? If so, how? What do we need to become fulfilled?

I approached the questions from two directions: looking for answers outside, drawing on ancient wisdom and modern science, and applying the questions to myself, to the deepest recesses of my soul, to unlock the secrets of my being. The journey seems endless and quite challenging at times. I found what I was looking for today, although I also recreated myself in the process.

My mission is to pass on what I have learned and to help you find your answers, yourself, your treasures, and, in so doing, to liberate and recreate yourself.

To do this, I use the methods and the principles behind them as a practitioner, which I have found most effective when applying them to myself. These include mindfulness, family constellations, EFT and other energy work modalities, nonviolent communication, and mindful self-compassion.

My life is an example of how we create our reality, that the unsolvable can be solved and the unprocessable can be processed, that intuition can be developed and is the most reliable compass, and that it is rewarding to swim against the stream and follow your heart's voice rather than fall in line—if that is what it suggests.

That being an alien is a good thing!

That the heart's dreams show the way and will come true if our faith is unwavering. And, of course, if we do our best for them and remove the obstacles within us that stand in their way.

I can help you do that, too!

During my journey, I traveled light years in my inner world and many, many miles. It was a long labor, and it made me what I am today.

I arrived in Sardinia at the age of twenty-one, not really knowing where I was going and not speaking a word of Italian. But I was enchanted. I said I would live here someday. That someday came twenty-two years later, seemingly out of nowhere. Right...

I downloaded a beautiful seaside wallpaper onto my laptop seven years ago. The one you can see here. I had no idea where it was taken. Unfortunately, I could not find the author's name, but I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for their contribution to the creation of my present.

After I moved into my little apartment in a tiny village in the middle of Sardinia in December 2022, I took a trip to the beach. I just looked at the Google map, clicked on the closest point on the coast, and turned on the navigation. Where do you think I ended up forty-five minutes later?

Yes. On the exact same shore, I had been looking at on my computer screen for all this time.

My existence is filled with joy and gratitude as if my chest is full of extra bubbly champagne. I do everything with the enthusiasm of a child feeding ducks, using Marshall Rosenberg's metaphor.

If you want to experience the magic of this beach, check out the sunset meditation sessions I offer throughout the summer in S'Archittu!

I started writing poetry at the age of eight. I kept pouring out poems until, twenty-five years later, thanks to daily meditation and other spiritual practices, my constant experience of existence was no longer pain. It was then that I began to really want to live. Until then, I had done it because I had to: it was the decision of the Higher Power, and it was not the little ego named Anyez Lorincz's call to override it.

Since the age of ten, I wanted to be a novelist. Too many voices told me that success was not for me. That the world didn't want what I could give them. These were not suggestions from my heart but graffiti on the walls of my mind. Some of them had to be removed from the inside of my skull with a laser beam. The laser beam was the EFT.

My first self-published spiritual novel won a literary prize. I'm already working on the next one...

Anyez is a phenomenal practitioner! She creates the most warm and safe space to explore disturbing emotions and events. I never cease to be amazed at her ability to tune into her intuition and divine guidance in leading a session. There's always a new technique or creative way of gently opening up her clients for thorough processing and releasing of what no longer serves them. I highly recommend placing yourself in Anyez's capable hands. She's an absolute artist and makes healing a pleasant and easy process.
