Clinical EFT - TAPPING


Tapping is an infinitely simple technique: We stimulate certain acupressure points by lightly tapping on them while staying in touch with our body's sensations, feelings, and thoughts.

Scientific research shows that EFT reduces stress hormone levels, calms the nervous system, and sends a message to the body that we are safe.

It helps us to rewire our brains, rewriting our running programs by removing our blocked emotional responses ('triggers'), blocks, limiting beliefs, and fears.

Clinical EFT is also the most effective and comprehensive method known today for working through traumatic experiences and getting out of the hell of post-traumatic stress.

Mindfulness and meditation

Meditation's scientifically proven beneficial effects include lowering blood pressure and heart rate, increasing self-awareness, emotional stability, creativity, presence, better sleep quality, patience, acceptance, and mental flexibility.

The different kinds of embodied approaches, such as mindfulness meditations, body scans, breath awareness, loving kindness, and heart-focused and affectionate breathing, are just for you if you're a beginner new to meditation or have difficulty settling your mind.

And if you're experienced in other techniques, you will love the quantum and energy-focused methods. And reconnecting with the wisdom of your body can bring you to surprising depths and different realms of reality, too.

Unprocessed Traumas

Issues of self-esteem

The belittling comments in your headmake you believe that you cannot be loved, that you will never be happy, that you are not good enough, that success is not for you, that you will never have enough money, that your dreams will be buried with you... 
These graffities on the wall of your mind determine what you think is possible for you, your life, and all your decisions.

patterns and traumas

It is now a scientific fact that we carry in our genes the experiences, pains and traumas of our ancestors, which often bind us without our knowledge.
What we struggle with is often not our own, yet we store it in our cells and in our energy field. Surely you would like to live your own life, liberated and not shackled by ties to your family of origin.

Hi, my name is Anyez Lorincz; I’m a Clinical EFT practitioner, meditation teacher, family constellations facilitator, and writer.
