Often, we choose suffering because it’s familiar. This is what we know. It’s part of who we think we are. Unconsciously, we’re terrified of who we’d be if we became free from our difficulties.


As the saying goes, the best time for planting a tree was twenty years ago. The second-best time is now.

You may think, "I don't have the time."

You’re right, time is precious. It’s of the essence, and 24 hours a day often don’t seem enough.

When things get intense, we use tools like Clinical EFT that temporarily quiet your emotional brain, allowing your body to feel safe, even as you deal with difficult emotions.
This physiological cue of safety is what makes profound, non-reversible transformation possible: it tells your nervous system, “You’re safe enough to feel.”


As the fear response softens, emotions become tolerable, manageable, and finally, integrated.


You learn to meet your intensity without being overwhelmed or consumed by it.


And this becomes one of your lifelong skills: the ability to regulate emotion in real time; to stay calm and centered even when life gets chaotic

About your guide

Hi, my name is Anyez Lorincz.

For more than 20 years, I’ve been exploring human behavior, confidence, and connection. In the last 12, I've been guiding people to release self-doubt and live with authentic confidence and inner alignment.

My work with self-esteem was born from my own dark night of the soul.


At twenty-two, when life felt unbearable, a quiet realization changed everything: Opting out wasn’t an option. At that point, I said to myself, if I had to stay, I’d make the most and best out of it.

​

That vow became the seed of a lifelong journey through mindfulness, nonviolent communication, EFT, Family Constellations, graphology, and transpersonal psychology.

​

A decade later, during a deep breathwork journey, I met the child I once was. I asked the blond little girl with sad blue eyes what she’d do growing up. She answered, “I’ll fly through the dark and drip light wherever there is fear and pain.”

​

Since then, I’ve devoted my life to doing exactly that. First of all, mastering myself (a beautiful, never-ending process). Then, transmitting what I’ve learned, helping others master themselves, live with integrity, and remember the light they already are.
