Cancellation Policy

By purchasing or booking EFT Tapping sessions, programs, or packages, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Payment Obligation Once a session is booked, payment for that session is due and payable. The client is financially responsible for all scheduled sessions, whether attended or not, subject to the cancellation policy below. 2. Cancellation and Missed Sessions Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. • If a session is missed without notice, or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full. • No refund or credit will be issued for missed sessions unless both the client and practitioner mutually agree that the client was unable to attend due to circumstances beyond the client’s reasonable control. • If mutual agreement is not reached, the session will be considered forfeited and non-refundable. 3. Packages and Programs When purchasing a program or package, the client agrees that: a) Monthly Installments: If a payment plan or monthly installment option is selected, the client remains financially obligated to complete all agreed payments, regardless of session attendance or program completion. b) No Refunds: Packages and programs are non-refundable, in whole or in part. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused sessions, early termination, or interruption of participation for any reason. 4. No Transfer of Sessions Sessions and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client unless otherwise agreed in writing. 5. Agreement By purchasing a session, program, or package, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms and conditions.
